There are a variety of special events that take place during the summer months when regular Sunday School and Bible Studies are not held.

Sunday School in Summer
The final Sunday for regular Sunday School classes is June 24th. Children in grades K-4 are welcome to attend our summer Sunday school activity held in the chapel during July and August. A different lesson and activity will be given each week, but the program is designed in such a way that it won't matter if your child misses some weeks.
Summer 2007 Vacation Bible School
Our VBS program will be from July 30 - August 3, 2007. The curriculum is "The Great Bible Reef". We will not be teaming with the YMCA this year, but we will pool our resources with other churches. Children ages 5-10 will enjoy a Bible lesson, crafts, gym games and a snack during the morning. We hope to have the children present songs they learned during worship service on Aug. 5. This year's coordinator is Elizabeth Schultz. See her if you can volunteer!

Senior High Mission Trip

The next Senior High Youth Group trip to Mexico to build 3 houses will be held June 26-July 3, 2007. We expect to send a team of 51 adults and youth to Tijuana to participate in the Amor Ministries project. Please prayerfully consider sponsorship of $500 to send a youth or an adult. We are grateful to Dunkin' Donuts for their sponsorship in 2007!

Summer Camping Opportunities
Presbyterian Youth Conference at Silver Bay on beautiful Lake George from July 8-13 for youth entering grades 9-12. Visit their website at silverbaypyc.org.
